- I woke up late so instead of catching the 7:40 bus, I had to wait for the 9:40. So much for spending time in school of research. I spent the next two hours dancing around in my room of the new Paramore single, "Misery Business", as heard in the previous post.
- When I got to the train, I tried buying my ticket with my credit card...but the machines were busted. I get to the station 5 minutes before the train comes in. So, I kicked the machine in frustration (I'm wearing flip-flops..yeah ouch) and managed to panhandle a buck fiddy from other train-riders who always see me there.
- I get to school and log on to Blackboard to check out my grades...and the B I got on my English paper on cheating was changed into a D! Why? Because according to the syllabus, the paper was due in the beginning of class. I handed it in at the end because I came in on the late train. (Thanks NJ Transit) I went from a B to a D! Ugh...haaaatttteeeee
- Right after I see the D, my MamaDukes calls me asking me why didn't I take the car to school? WHAT?! WHY?! Turns out I have a lot of errands to do today and I wasn't aware of. I'd need the car for them. BALLS. So all that trouble with the train was for nothing! I mean, sure I didn't get stuck on Route 3 like all those poor saps that come from North Bergen but DAMN!!!!
Life. I'm sure a hell of a lot of positives will happen thoughtout the day to make up for this...dummy-ness!!! I'm listening to some of the newer Maximo Park stuff so that's picking up my day.
