You Can't Be the Pimp and the Prostitute, Too

You know, a lot of things in the day can bring a person down. Its all up to that person to either forget about it and move on or dwell on it. For example, here are some things that have gone wrong today so far. (its 2:12pm)

1. I woke up late so I didn't have time to full revise my English paper.


2. Ashley woke up late so I didn't get to clean the house before I dropped her off at daycare.


3. Some bitch lady almost made me ram into the divider on Route 3 because she didn't check her blindspot before merging.


4. I got to my Management class a little late so I have 10 less minutes for the exam than everyone else.


5. The library was full and all the Bus. Law books were taken out so I couldn't do my homework.

See? Those things suck. But whats the point on dwelling them? I mean, shit happens every day, right? Anyway, here are some great things that have happened today.

1. I got to hear the premiere of "Icky Thump" on Left Of Center radio. So the first thing I heard on my commute was the sweet, sweet sounds of Jack and Meg White. (Refer to previous posts to understand my excitement.)


2. Bitch lady got pulled over on Rifle Camp Rd. anyway. HA!


3. After the exam, there was a 30 minute gap so I got to go to Whole Foods and catch the 2 for 1 lunch pack deal. So, I got apples and peanut butter, and pretzels and hummus. YES!


4. Tomorrow, class starts late so I get to do my homework before class. AKA, no homework today!


5. I checked my bank account today and I have enough for ONE Bamboozle day! Woot! Hopefully, I can make an extra $20 sometime this week and I may go both!

The Hummus Never Falls!

I'm "Bamboozl-ing" my playlist to get ready for the screamo-palooza! I have Senses Fail, Taking Back Sunday, The Sleeping, Choidos and all those goodies on my playlist. Hell, even brushing up on Linkin Park, homeboy! I heard Brand New has a really weird presentation planned so I'm excited for that. Maybe not so much for the playlist since they almost wiped out anything before Deja. Hopefully, I can go both days. God only knows how much I wanna see Jeffree Star. I mean, physically SEE. With my eyes! He's a fuckin walkin mannequin. OMG! and Jack's Mannequin!!! I finally get to see Andrew McMahon! After years and years of missing Something Corporate shows, and then losing hope with he got cancer, I'll finally get to see him!

Did anyone notice Brand New and Taking Back Sunday are playing the same day? Oh shi-..showdown? Nah....
